Interpolation is made for the daily relative quota of the monthly total, i.e., the daily total divided by the monthly total (Full Data Reanalysis Version 7; DOI:10.5676/DWD_GPCC/FD_M_V7_100) by means of ordinary block kriging (Schamm et al., 2014; DOI:10.5194/essd-6-49-2014). The temporal coverage of the dataset ranges from January 1988 to December 2013. For the most recent months use the First Guess Daily Product (DOI: 10.5676/DWD_GPCC/FG_D_100)." />
